How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

To cancel your purchase or make an change, first you need to know if the product you bought, the seller accepts returns, changes and cancellation, we recommend before buying any type of product, check if the seller accepts returns, changes or cancellations, so you don't have any problems when you have to return or cancel a product. If the seller accepts cancellations and returns, you will find on the seller's page all the information and step by step on how to return or cancel the product.

Do I need an account to place an order?

To make any purchase you do not need to have an account on our platform, but we recommend you to create your account, so you will have access to your dashboard, where you can control your purchases, shipments, and your account history.

How Do I Track My Order?

You can find tracking information in your order details. If an order includes multiple items, each may have separate delivery dates and tracking information. To track your package: Go to Your Orders. Go to the order you want to track. Select Track Package next to your order. Select See all updates to view delivery updates. Depending on the shipping method you chose, it's possible that the tracking information might not be visible immediately. Items sent by third-party sellers from the Amazon Marketplace can in some cases also be tracked. It's possible if the seller has shared this information with Amazon and you have chosen a traceable shipping method. Note: Some packages, such as standard international deliveries, aren't trackable

How Can I Return a Product?

You can return many eligible items sold on Zorarte Marketplace . When you return an item, you may see different return options depending on the seller, item, or reason for return. Go to Your Orders to display your recent orders. To return a gift, go to Return a Gift. Choose the order and select Return or Replace Items. Select the item you want to return. Then select an option from the Reason for return menu. Choose how to process your return. If applicable, select to issue a refund or replacement. For items sold from an Zorarte Marketplace seller, you'll see Submit return request. The Zorarte Marketplace seller reviews return requests before issuing a refund or replacement. For more information, go to Returns to Third-Party Sellers. If you don't receive a response within two business days, you can request an A-to-z Guarantee Refund. Select your preferred return method. Print your return label and return authorization. Add your return label (if applicable) and package your items for return.
